Mantras

What is a mantra?

Mantra is a combination of sounds, words or phrases that has a sacred meaning and is pronounced to focus the mind, purify consciousness and achieve inner peace. The term comes from the Sanskrit words: “man” (mind) and “tra” (protection or liberation). Thus, a mantra is a tool for freeing the mind from unnecessary thoughts and worries.

How does a mantra work?

When repeating a mantra, a sound vibration is created that affects the body, mind and energy. This practice helps:
– Concentrate and get rid of stress.
– Open energy centers (chakras).
– Improve your inner mood and cleanse the subconscious.

Examples of popular mantras

1. Om is a universal sound that symbolizes the beginning of the entire universe.
2. Om Namah Shivaya – helps to harmonize the inner world.
3. Om Mani Padme Hum – helps to purify the body, mind and speech.

Regular recitation of mantras helps to achieve peace of mind, improve physical and mental health, and purify karma. Even 10-15 minutes of daily practice can significantly increase energy levels and lead to positive changes in life.
